How can I lose weight

Ako o ay 22 yrs. old at may timbang na 90 kilos.. When I had my check a week ago my weight lowers to 85 but my blood pressure was 140/100.. Masama ung pakiramdam ko that time pero uminom naman po ako ng pang hypertension.. natatakot po ako ma stroke. Sabi sa akin ng doctor kailangan ko daw magpa ogtt test pra malaman kung may diabetes ako kaso wla pa akong sapat na pera para magpatest. I want to try to exercise every morning kaso baka biglang tumaas dugo ko.. madalas kasing magpalpitate ung heart ko everytime I take candez.. Madalas din kapag hapon nag iiba pakiramdam ko at pinapawisan ako, lagi din akong nakakaramdam ng panginginig ng katawan, pati sa gabi pag tulog ako nararamdaman ko ang palpitations. Natatakot po ako baka dumating ung time na mastroke ako, ano po ba ang kailangan kong gawin pra maiwasan po ito and to lose weight... Looking forward for your helpful advice.

Light exercises lang. Tsaka yung kaya mo lang matolerate. Don't over exert yourself. Pag hinahapo ka na wag pilitin. Regarding sa paglose ng weight, hindi lang naman exercise ang pwedeng gawin. It's actually more on diet and proper nutrition. Eat more green leafy vegetables, decrease carb intake esp. White rice, white bread, white sugar, sweet fruits. Eat more of brown rice, whole wheat bread, brown sugar.

Usually high blood pressure and diabetes goes away once you achieve your normal weight.

Paramakaiwas sa stroke:
- pagcontrol ng Blood pressure
- pagiwas sa pagkain ng cmacholesterol na pagkain
- pagtigil sa paninigarilyo
- pag control sa diabetes (kaya kailangan mong gawin ang OGTT para malaman kung
ikaw ay diabetic)
- pagiwas sa paginom ng alak
- pagmentena ng timbang

Iminumungkahi ko parin na komunsulta ka muna sa doktor upang may panuntunan sa pagsasagawa ng uri ng ehersisyo na akma sa iyo. Ibinabase rin kasi sa iyong edad, timbang at resulta ng mga tests na ipapagawa sa iyo kung ano ang pinakamagandang ehersisyo na dapat mong gawin.
