Hindi pwede antibiotics tulad ng amoxicillin sa may ulcer? Flatulence

Ang antibacteria gaya ng amoxicillin ay hindi daw pwidi inomin ng sakit na ulcer.. yon ang sabi ng doctor na napontahan namin. Ang mama ko kasi lagi may hangin sa tyan at lagi nag sosoka. Hindi ko alam ang pwdi igamot sa kanya?


Translation: Antibacterial drugs or antibiotics such as amoxicillin cannot be taken by people with ulcer, according to the doctor that we went to. Is this true? My mother often has flatulence/gas pain and vomits. What medicine/medication should I give her?

Musta ka? Kamusta rin ang nanay mo? Ang ibig sabihin siguro ng iyong duktor ay makakasama pa lalo ang antibiotics sa kalagayan ng iyong nanay. Ang amoxycillin ay hindi lang mahapdi sa tyan, pinapatay rin nito ang good bacteria na tumutulong sa pagpapatatag ng iyong stomach flora o iyong mga mabubuting organismo sa tyan. Ang metronidazole ay maari mong gamitin kasabay ng erciflora para sa pagpapalaganap ng good bacteria. Bigyan rin siya ng proton pump inhibitor o mga antacids kontra pangangasim ng tyan. Ang Omeprazole at Ranitidine ay mga karaniwang nirereseta sa ating bansa. Balitaan mo ako.

Yung amoxyllin din kasi acidic siya, kung may ulcer yung mom mo, the more mabubutas yung lining ng tyan nya. I don't recommend any medicine since I am not a doctor. I suggest you take alkaline food supplements, it gives your mom's body the nutrient it needs plus nababawasan pa yung acidity ng tyan. Kung good bacteria na man pag-uusapan, you can try yakult (ok ka ba tyan?? :) ) or a food supplement that has it.
