Ano po bang gamot sa heart palpitation, paninikip ng kaliwang dibdib, hirap sa paghinga, mabilis hingalin? Sapat na po ba ang MX3 capsule?


Malakas kasi po ako dati manigarilyo at nakatikim din ng bawal na gamot, tulad ng marijuana at methamphetamine. Ano rin po ba ang dapat kong kainin sa pang araw araw at dapat iwasan na pagkain?


Translation: What is medication for heart palpitation, tightness in left chest, difficulty breathing and shortness of breath/easily fatigued/exhausted? Is taking MX3 capsules enough?


I used to smoke a lot of cigarettes before. I've also tried using illegal drugs such as marijuana and methamphetamine/ shabu. What should I eat everyday and what foods should I avoid now?


I also have social anxiety. When people look at me, I have difficulty moving, difficulty breathing and uncontrollable trembling of head.
