Koch's infection far advanced- What could this mean?

I have pain in my side whenever I yawn, cough and sneeze . Can it be TB? My Xray remarks says that KOCH'S INFECTION FAR ADVANCE . What do you mean by that? Please respond. I really need it for I dont know what to do

I would recommend that you go see a pulmonologist the soonest possible time. He will order other tests (sputum test/culture/PPD) to confirm if it's TB or not. X ray results in itself is inconclusive as it might be affected by human factors (rad tech fault, etc.)

SO again, go see your pulmonologist to know what to do next.
