Accuracy of pregnancy test after 1 month of last sexual intercourse and menstruation?

I am 2 weeks delayed. My last menstrual period was Jan. 10 and had a sexual intercourse last Jan. 24. Took HPT 5 Times (Feb. 14, 16, 22, 24 and 27) and it's all negative. Is it possible that I am only delayed? After more than a month of last menstrual period and sexual intercourse with negative HPT results, should I still be bothered about being pregnant?

Good day!

How old are you again? Several factors may come into play when a woman is experiencing delays in menstruation. Some of these factors are stress, increased activity, etc. If pregnancy is still one of your major concern, by this time you may request for a transvaginal ultrasound to check whether you are indeed pregnant or not.

Hope this helps. Thanks!

Ive been stressed (thinking about pregnancy) after we had our last sexual intercourse. I was just wondering after 5 negative HPT's, isn't it enough to conclude that I'm not pregnant? I mean it takes only 8-10 days for implantation to occur and lets say up to 7 days for fertilization. Basically, after implantation, HCG should be produced already. So what I was trying to say is that I've already passed almost 3 weeks after fertilization and implantation but still have negative results. What do you think of that, Doc?

P.S.
Sorry if I talk too much. Made my own research too. Please correct me if Im wrong.

Hi! It's okay if you did your own research. I appreciate that.

Anyway, as mentioned if you are really concerned whether you are really pregnant despite the negative PT results (5x at that) then a transvaginal ultrasound will help together with an OB consult in order to determine properly the main cause of your amenorrhea.

Thanks!

Thanks, Doc. Last question, how can you say that a woman's menstrual cycle is regular? Normally, the cycle ranges from 21-35. For example, my cycle is 30. Is it necessary to have 30 days cycle every month for you to say it's regular? Or is it okay to be advance or late of 1-2 days to expected menstruation day as long as it is in 21-35 days?
