Hi po sa lahat, nagsuffer po ako ng constipation last 4 weeks ago na. grabe po yung naramdaman ko, headache, abnominal pain, feeling ko po ang bigat bigat ko na, sometimes para akong na-susuka hindi ko na alam yung gagawin ko.


after noon nagawa ko naman mag-BM pero nagstrain po ako noon, balik balik CR, and na felt ko po after ko mag-BM na sumakit yung rectal ko, iniisip ko na lang dahil nga constipated hard stool baka na stretch yung rectal ko.


after ilang days okay naman na sya back to normal na na yung pag BM ko. walang rectal pain or issues.


pero ngayon medyo na constipated naman ako pero hindi totally grabe, normal BM pero medyo bulky yung BM ko, not like before na soft stool sya. nakaramdam po ako ng pain and bleeding and blood sa stool ko bright red (to hrade yung pain 4 out of 10 hindi naman po sya severe and yung blood is like mga 2 drops from a medicine dropper)


and today lang po medyo quite bulky parin yung stool ko pero wala pong bleeding akong napansin, rectal pain lang po.
