Anal tear? Small lump with tear

After observing my anal for 1 week kasi nag-suffer ako ng pain and rectal bleeding due to constipation.


tiningnan ko sya ngayon for any lumps around it sa labas wala naman, pero I try to look it parin inside ng konti may nakita akong small lump and my tear sya. yung lump po is nasa posterior ng anal ko hindi naman po sya sumasakit or anything.


Cause po kaya ito ng tear sa anal ko kaya nagkaroon sya ng lump sa posterior part? Ano pong treatment pwede makatanggal dito? or sign po kaya ito internal hemorrhoids?

I agree with you. It seems we're looking at an internal hemorrhoid and you shouldn't worry about it because it is a natural part of the body. As long as it's not painful or anything then you don't have to worry about it. What you have to do something about, though, is your constipation. You might want to increase your fluid intake in order to have better bowel movement and reduced anal tear. Constipation also promotes hemorrhoids as it increases abdominal pressure everytime you pass out stool.

Hi Dr. Ryan Neal Salapa, it's like a green pea size medyo small pa ng konti.
ngayon po okay na po yung bowel movement ko, no pain and bleed po. tingnan ko po sya ulet yung small lump na yun may tear po sya na like pink pero like na-heheal na po sya. and sometimes po hindi ko na sya nakikita kapag itry ko po sya tingnan.
