Fever, headache and stomache of 4 year old child

Ang 4 year old son ko nilalagnat for 4 days na. Ang concerns nya lang is headache at stomach ache. Ano po kayang indication nun?

It could be an indication of viral infection. There are no medication to treat viral infection, viral fever will go by itself in 7 to 10 days. Headache may be associated with fever.
He might have food poisoning as well due to stale food or street food. Get a blood test done for stomach infection and start appropriate treatment from a good physician.
