Bakit po madalas po akong nakakaramdan ng paninikip ng dibdib, mahirap huminga na parang mawawalan ka na talaga ng hininga, palpitation at tremor? Nababahala na po kasi ako. Kapag nagugulat, kinakabahan, nagbubuhat ng mabigat, tumatakbo o naglalakad o kaya minsan naka higa o nakaupo lang po ako.

Ang panic/anxiety attack po kasi nangyayari pag may mga sudden changes sa buhay niyo. Para po sigurado tayo mas okay po kung makapagpacheck up po kayo sa isang IM-Cardiologist. Titingnan po doon ang puso niyo kung gumagana pa ba ito ng maayos. Sya rin po ang makakapagsabi ng definite na answer kung bakit niyo po nararamdaman ang mga symptoms niyo.
