Resumption of menstrual period para sa mga bagong anak na HINDI nagpapadede (breastfeed) ay 10 weeks after the delivery. 20 weeks pataas naman po para sa mga nagpapasuso. Ang pagpapasuso po kasi ay isang natural na paraan ng birth control. Ibig sabihin, kapag nagpapadede ang isang ina, hindi muna siya nabubuntis dahil hindi siya nag o-ovulate, which in turn, causes the absence of menstruation :) Thank you!

Salamat po .. one month pa lang po lasi nakalipas nung manganak ako tas dinugo na ako ulit. 2 weeks nko dinudugo posible pang regla na ito ?
Ganun po ba? Although posible rin po na mangyari iyon, it is highly likely na related pa rin po sa panganganak ang pagdurugo na nae-experience niyo. Mahirap po kasi e-identify whether regla o "lochial flow" pa lamang po ang dinaranas ng isang bagong panganak na babae kasi others have it up to 8 weeks after magsilang. Do take note of the nature of the flow (color, duration, etc.) and see of you experience it within isang buwan or after. If masyadong malapit like 1 week or 2 weeks, then it would be safe to assume na lochial flow siya. If bumalik naman po in 4 or more weeks, then highly likely, regla na po iyon.
Kamusta naman po yung pagdurugo? If it's so heavy that it requires you to change napkins every hour, then it's time to hit the hospital,

Hnd naman po ako nagpapalit every hour .. ever 3 - 4 hrs po bago ako magpalit d pa naman masyado puno ung napkin. Tas ung color niya bright red may mga small clot pero super small lang parang pag nirerrgla lang..
Mabuti naman po :) for the meantime, take note of the nature of the flow lang po muna and see whether it happens more frequently or monthly na talaga :)
