Bakit mahina at bahid lang at hindi tumutuloy ang period ko ng malakas?

Bakit po mahina ang period ko? February at March mahina, bahid lang po ang lumalabas. 24 years old po ako. Hindi po tumutuloy yung period ko ng malakas.


Translation: Why is my menstruation only light flow? My menstrual period for February and March were both light, with only some stains/blot/smear/streak coming out. I am 24 years old. My menstruation does not flow out continuously.

Light periods are considered as an abnormal menstrual pattern which can be caused by stress (physical or emotional), blockage of the uterine outflow tract, hormonal changes, diseases of the ovary, thyroid issues, eating disorders, and birth control pills.

Please visit your gynecologist for investigations to determine the cause of the light periods.

I would suggest you to get a check up with a gynaecologist who can tell you the true cause.. You may have deficiency of some female hormones. Hormone supplements will solve your problem. Other causes of light blood include stress, pregnancy and health issues. Side effects of contraceptive pills can also cause light blood flow in periods.
