Hi sir! It simply means that the tail part of your pancreas was not observed because the gas in your bowel prevented the ultrasound machine from doing so.
Ultrasound po kasi works well if there's fluid around. That's why when they use it the sonographer makes use of KY Jelly but it's really bad when there's gas around. So that's why they were unable to visualize the tail part of your pancreas.
