Penis swelling of my son, painful when urinating

I am just concerned of my son who is now suffering from penis swelling. It is painful & he almost cry this morning when he urinate. What should be the cause, symptoms & treatment for this? Should I seek immediate medical needs?

yes,please seek a medical advise. Your son may be suffering from urinary tract infection. Symptoms include low grade fever, nausea, diarrhoea. Please get blood investigations done and start medication.
Swelling in the head of the penis could be due to bacterial or fungal infection caused by nappy rash.So change the nappies frequently.
