May menstrual blood sa vagina, but it does not come out. What could this be?

Nung December po nagkaroon ang girlfriend ko ng menstruation, pero light lang po. At noong January po ay nagkaroon po siya ng heavy. At this month naman po ay spot lang, pero meron siyang mens sa kanyang vagina pero hindi lumalabas Ano po kaya iyon?


Translation: Last December, my girlfriend had menstrual period, but it was just light flow. Then this January, she had menstruation, and it was heavy. Then, this February, she had spotting, but she had menstrual blood inside her vagina, but it is not coming out. What could this be?

Hi jay,
Menstrual blood flow can vary due to several factors, like stress, improper diet, hormonal imbalances etc. So,there is no need to worry. But if you are in regular physical relationship with her, then get a pregnancy blood test done to be on safer side, because sometimes bleeding could happen in pregnancy as well. Hope you get some help from my answer.
