Posible ba mabuntis ng 6 months after manganak? Can I get pregnant 6 months after giving birth

I have gave birth of our first baby last July 6, 2016 (twin baby boy) thru cesarean. I often breastfeeding for 3 months, mixed with milk formula. On 3rd week of October, I am no longer breastfeeding. They were purely on formula. On November 19, 2016 i have my first menstruation period. So its almost 4 months after giving birth since i have my period. I am confused on my menstruation because it took 8-12 days bleeding and spotting. On my normal period its just 5-7 days then no more spotting. We were not using any birth control ever since. We're just using pull out method. Me and my husband had sex on November 28 and 29 and he ejaculate inside me, but after ejaculates i stand up and took some pee. And some sperms came out.

On December 1, 2 and 3, we had sex again but this time we use pull out method.. I wonder that on the month of December my period did not came out until now January 10 2017. But on December 4 to December 26 i was taking erythromycin antibiotic because of my tonsilitis. So i was thinking that because of taking too much antibiotic that was the reason why my period was late. So I took a pregnancy test on December 26 and its positive. So i tried another brand of pregnancy test, i took another test on December 29. its positive again.. am i pregnant again? Since my twin babies are just 6 months old? I cannot see any signs of pregnancy in me like nausea or vomiting. i just thinking twice if im gonna visit my doctor asap because im afraid the she would get angry because she clearly advised me before that the best gap to have a baby again is after 3 years for me to recover some nutrients on my body... I really need your advise please.. is it possible to have a false negative result?

Good day!

Based on the information that you relayed to me, it seems that you are indeed pregnant. Having a false positive result using pregnancy tests is highly unlikely as the sensitivity and specificity of the said test is unquestionable.

Anyway, your best option as of the moment is to see your doctor and then just swallow whatever it is that he/she has to say. If you are indeed pregnant, he/she can't do much to negate it so she would just do everything she can to ensure your safe pregnancy!

Congratulations and Cheers!
