Malakas regla, buo buo dugo dark red, masama ba ito?

I'm Amy, 23 years old from Manila. Ask ko lang po ang weird po kasi ngayon lang ako nadelay 1 month. Then nagkaron ako this September 5, pero sobrang sakit nong puson ko na halos mahimatay nako. Nahihilo ako at nasuka nong second day of menstruation ko, kasi nung first paunti-unti lang patak nya tapos biglang ngayong third day lumakas na at may kasamang buo-buong dugo na dark red.

Natatakot ako baka ano na to, dipa po ako nagpapaconsult. Thanks po sana masagot nyo...

It's okay to have irregular menses up to 3 months. Minsan, apektado ng lifestyle, work at weather conditions sa ibang bansa ang hormones ng isang babae, kaya nag-iiba ang menstrual cycle.

Masasabing abnormal ang pagreregla kapag:
• Naglalayag o may abnormalidad sa normal na cycle.
• Marami o kakaunti ang dugong lumalabas.
• Paiba-iba ang haba ng buwanang dalaw.

Uri ng Abnormal na Regla
• Oligomenorrhea – madalang na pagreregla. Ang mga babaeng may ganitong kondisyon ay nagkakaroon ng 6 hanggang 8 periods lang sa isang taon.
• Metrorrhagia – pagkakaroon ng regla sa pagitan ng buwanang dalaw.
• Menometrorrhagia – matagal, malakas, iregular at madalas.
• Amenorrhea – walang regla sa loob ng 3 hanggang 6 na buwan o mas mahaba pa.
