Hi, po . pwede ho bang magtanong about my period.?. I notice I had a heavy bleeding when I hit my 6th grade to college days, they were all kinda' heavy bleeding. One pad is not enough for my blood that flows, so I am lack of iron right? and when I had sex for my first time, I got my blood not kinda' heavy. they were all so normal when it flows. I got my light at first and it turns to brown until it spots for only 3 days, so horrible... cause, I only got my period lasted for 5 days before ever since my puberty. this was kinda' feels surprised for me. flows so normal with in one pad, they were all just like normal when you sees it... I have them so very regular with a 34 days cycle, 3 days period, without cramps, without PMS I guess, without painful periods, without painful urine, without painful sex, without painful backpains.. just like it. and so, I just don't really know, is this mean that I am full of iron already? Cause, I ate leafy greens a lot totally unlike before. so what do you think??? People and Doctors? any comments plss. I would like to hear it from you.

Then, 34 days of cycle , can conceive as long as no backgrounds of pain right? (except for this bloated stomach of mine, with a 34 hips, 35 waistline and 37cm. to that navel line... ) More POwer and God Bless (and I know I'm not pregnant) thank you

Heavy bleeding can cause iron deficiency, but not all women who experience heavy bleeding during menstruation develop this condition. Depende po yan sa diet niyo. Women who experience excessive menstrual bleeding are advise to eat iron-rich foods such as red meat, pork, seafoods, beans, and green leafy vegetables. Maari din pong uminom ng iron supplements.

Changes in menstrual cycle is normal once in a while. Marami pong factors affecting the menstruation cycle of women. Ito po ay dahil sa mga hormones nating mga babae. In your case, 5 days to 3 days menstruation is not a problem. But if you notice lot of changes and you think is alarming, please see an obstetrician for consultation.
