your passing the preemployment exam is dependent on many other factors aside from hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids, though, may signal your doctor to look for other conditions like liver problem, hypertension, etc.

SO to answer your question, if I were your doctor, depending on the situation (your other diseases), I may or may not approve your preemployment check up.

Definitely, my finding will also be reflected in my report so it would be counted as a preexisting condition which might affect your insurance claim for that condition as well.
