I have warts all over my body including the genital region....(I never had any intimate contact for more than 10 years). Not sure if this is genital warts or just my warts spreading everywhere. My face, chest area and stomach area were cleared by cautery. I'm not sure if it should also be done down there. Genital warts are spread by physical contact, but never had one, so why do i have warts down there too?

There are certain types of warts described as non-genital warts which are caused by different strains of the human papilloma virus (HPV) which causes genital warts. Both types of warts are caused by HPV.
However, HPV is transmitted basically by skin-to-skin contact and by contact with objects contaminated by HPV from an infected person's skin. Therefore transmission is not necessarily via sexual intercourse. Furthermore, warts can start to present many years after one first contract the virus.
Additionally, there are other possibilities including diseases like lichen planus and skin cancer.
I'd advise you have a detailed explanation and investigation by your dermatologist.
