Dati 1-2 months lang palta ng regla, ngayon 3 buwan na

I'm Tin. 25 na po ako. Almost 3 months na po ako hindi dinaratnan, at irregular po ako. Ngayon ko lang po ito naranasan. Dati po kase 1 or 2 months ang palta ng menstruation ko. Ano po ba ang dapat gawin? Normal lang po ba yun sa isang irregular?

Although hindi naman po automatically ibig sabihin na dapat ikabahala ang pagkakaroon ng irregular na dalaw, kapag 3 months na po, it is highly advised na magpakonsulta sa isang OB-Gyne para malaman ang sanhi at management nito. The irregularity may not necessarily cease but the possibility of any underlying serious reproductive problem could be rule out para sa ikakapanatag ng loob mo.

It is important din po na malaman niyo na ang pagkakaron ng irregular na period ay maaring dulot ng malnutrisyon (obesity and not eating enough), too much activity (exercise, sobrang pag-gigym :) and other forms of stress like preparing for exams, pagkakasakit and even emotional stress (breakups, etc.)

Bottomline, visit an Obstetrician or a Gynecologist as soon as you can and try to manage the causative factors mentioned above :)
