Late period?

So i have late period for 4 days now may last period was on April 3 and until now i dont have. I have breast sore and it starts on May 3 (wed) and also i have stomach cramps that comes and goes.

also i have this brown to light brown discharge and every afternoon i feel sick i have head ache and stomach ache

Tanung ko lng po kung ung pag ka hilo, pagsusuka, at head ache is sign n parating n ung dalaw ko?
Tska masakit din po ung breast ko pati tagiliran.

Wala naman po akong history ng sex doc
