What disease or illness could headache, fever, stomach ache be indicative of?

My 4 year old son is now suffering from Headache and stomach ache. Also he has a fever. What disease or illness may these sypmtoms be indicative of?

Headache is generally associated with fever. Causes of stomach ache are infection, gasing, cold, dehydration and constipation.All these conditions can be easily cured if exact diagnosis is known. Try to remember if he had consumed something stale or street food few days back so that stomach infection can be ruled out.Meet a good physician. He will get some blood investigations done to prescribe appropriate antibiotics. Don't worry. he will be better soon. But don't take his health issue lightly.
