I just want to ask about my period, these past 3 months, I had 34 days of cycle and they were lasted for 3 days. From this month July, I had 28 days of cycle, I'm just feeling curious why this happened. I started to expect my period on 21st in July, and it came this 16th, before my period, I have been busy having yoga exercise just for 10 minutes for 1 week before my period. Is this the reason why my period came so early? I felt so happy, cause I'm expecting my ovulation on 14 days right? And my period colors like a cranberry juice, is this normal? I have gotten my period for 34 and now I got my 28 days, is this irregular? Pls. any help?

The number of days in menstruation cycle may vary from 28 to 40 days. That means your cycle is normal. This variation depends on your hormonal balance, stress, diet and many environmental factors. Exercise and yoga helps regulating periods.So please continue.As far as color is concerned, please show to a gynaeologist for proper diagnosis.
