Nausea and a Feeling of Vomiting

1 week na po akong nakakaranas ng sakit sa kuto-kuto (tiyan). Medyo weird sa akin kasi every morning, after i leave for work, doon ako nakakaranas ng dizziness and a feeling of vomiting.

I'm a Computer Engineer and my work requires me to stay in front of the screen for almost the whole duration of my shift.

Meron po akong glasses, 25-50 yata yung vision ko. But ngayun po, after a few hours I feel nauseated and a feeling of vomiting... Sometimes I think I need to change my glasses, since it's been a year na since i last had them checked and replaced.

Pero again I feel the same thing after I eat, (nauseated and a feeling of vomiting), which made me confused if this is due to my eyes or my stomach.

I am Male, 25 yrs old, i have maintenance for HB pressure (been taking for 4 years), Twinsta (morning) and Concore (evening)...

(PS everytime I experience nausea and a feeling of vomiting, I always take Blood Pressure test and it always registers with-in the 130/70 to 130/80 to 140/80 rate)

And oh, i am experiencing mucus build-up in my throat area and Rheum(muta) every morning and throughout the day, my eyes always seem to water... (this symptoms only came up together with my nausea and a feeling of vomiting)

Magandang araw po!

Salamat po sa pagiging detailed po ninyo sa nararamdaman ninyo.
Isummarize ko lang po ha.

Chief Complaint: nausea and feeling of vomiting

you mentioned na pinagsususpetyahan po ninyo yung eyeglasses niyo (which is a year ago niyo pa pinacheck) and kung highblood ba kayo (130-140/70-80)

You also mentioned about the mucus build up sa throat and pagmumuta ninyo.

Okay.

So ang solution lang po natin dun is to increase your oral fluid intake which is mga 8-10 glasses of water per day.

Salamat po sa mga tanong ninyo!

Salamat po sa reply Dr. Ryan.
I forgot to mention one detail tho.
Nag va-vape po ako, and I do drink enough amounts of water since, Propylene Glycol, one of the main ingredient of E-juice is a hygroscopic liquid.
But there is a part of me that doesn't want to accuse "vaping" as the main culprit.

But there is still, a part of me that crosses out Vaping as the main cause.

ah. thank you po for saying that information. Wala pang definite na studies about vape but the fact that you are thinking of "accusing" vape tells me that somehow you feel that vaping has something to do with it. I suggest you experiment on yourself. Stop using Vape for at least a month and then see if there will be any improvement. :)
