Safe kang makipag-sex 7 days mula sa unang araw niyang pagreregla at safe din sa loob ng 7 days bago dumating ang susunod na regla kung regular ang menstruation mo.
Nabanggit mo rin na naipasok ng boyfriend mo ang ari nya sayo at hindi ka sure kung kelan ka nagkaroon ng menstruation may posibilidad na ikaw ay mabuntis. Para makasiguro mag PT ka. Kung regular kang dinadatnan ng monthly period o regla at hindi ka dinatnan sa schedule ng iyong regla, pwede ka na agad magpa-pregnancy test sa araw din na yun.
Kung hindi regular ang iyong monthly period, pwede kang magpa-pregnancy test sa ika-21 na araw makalipas ang pakikipagtalik.
