Rectal Problem: Internal Hemorrhoids? Sentinel Pile/Tag?

Last September 25 nagsuffer ako ng rectal sharp pain which lasted for about 15-30 mins and bleeding. No protuding tissue upon wiping my anus, only blood.

It's been 1 week and 4 days, and today nag BM ako.

I have what I think to be a sentinel pile. It is a little round pink swelling that comes down when I have BM. And then it goes back up sometimes I have to push it back. Tapos yung anus ko after bowel movement nag spasm yung sphincter muscle ko. Tama po ba ako?

Nabasa ko rin kasi when you have anal fissure nagde-develop sya ng sentinel pile or tag down sa tear does it swell. yun po kaya yun? Nasa back po sya ng anus ko. Or Internal Hemorrhoids po ba ito?

Hi po. Yes, sentinel pile develops after anal fissure. The difference between sentinel pile and hemorriods:

Skin tags are commonly flesh colored or light brown and are either smooth or wrinkled. These formations may range in size from a tiny bump to the size of a grape.

Hemorroids are frequently painful. Both internal and external hemorrhoids can cause bleeding during bowel movements, itching in the area, and rectal pain. It is a swollen vein due to frequent pressure like BM(constipation, diarrhea).

You can observe further but it would also be best to have it checked by a professional doctor to be certain and to have a certain treatment or no treatment at all.
