Does sentinel tag/pile go away with its own?

kapag nag-pamedical ba ako for a job mafafailed ako due to this sentinel tag/pile caused by anal fissure?

Sentinel pile may get better without treatment but you may need to have them surgically removed if they are large or cause you problems. It is not a health risk, although, it may cause problems in terms of cleanliness after using the toilet. Just make sure that you are doing the right and proper hygiene to avoid any possible infections
