Thump/flutter feeling in my lower left abdomen, just above my pelvic bone and intermittent headaches

My Story:

It's been a year since my dear husband and I tried to make me conceive, especially me 'coz I am already turning 32 this April.

I've had irregular periods and due to severe lumbar pains and belly bloating, I was diagnosed with PCOS.

I went to 3 different OBs as I am not satisfied with all of them. It's like they only make me pull my wallet for every consultation. So I decided to just wait and let God do His masterpiece.

Months passed and I was days late last December 19, so I took an HPT (Home pregnancy test) and I got a fainted purple line after 5 mins or longer. But on the same day, I spotted and got light to medium bleeding (I totally couldn't differentiate which is medium to heavy since I'm irregular) that took 6 days. So I assume it was a false pregnancy because I got a big fat negative repeating an HPT.

I spotted/bled lightly last 2nd week of January for 4 days and another 4 days at the 4th week of the same month. And this month, it took me 9 days of spotting, bleeding and spotting after heart's day. I had TVU (Transvaginal Ultrasound) done on the 6th day and got a negative result with retroverted and NORMAL ovaries?! Totally different from my last year's diagnosis!

And now I am confused. I've had all the symptoms a prego are having. I've been reading your threads and though I don't have symptoms like severe nausea, breast soreness and darkening nipples, I felt other symptoms like:

~acid reflux

~dizziness/faint-like feeling

~gassy feeling/flatulence

~diarrhea/lbm

~lumbar pain/sciatica

~leg pain/cramps

~abdominal cramps

~thumping/fluttering on lower left & sometimes it shifts to the right when I toss to the right

~palpitatio/breathlessnes

~headaches

~getting a hard time sleeping (I could only stay up 'til 10pm before)

~overfatigued even doing nothing

~sleepy head

~feels hot even when other feels cold

~yellow discharges

~not so frequent trips to the comfort room

All of these during the 1st trimester (based on my 1st HPT, I think I'm 13 weeks 4 days)

~I almost forgot the ligament pains in my stomach, like it feels being stretched out and bruise-like feeling when touched.

Itchy labia and not feeling pregnant since last week. Yet I still have that thump/flutter feeling in my lower left abdomen, just above my pelvic bone and intermittent headaches. Oh, I still have those gases coming out.

I just want to know if I have the same experience with anybody else. Or am I going crazy? If I'm not pregnant, why is my body acting sickly? And if I am preggy, where's my baby

Ok, you are clearly very worried and I can tell you that if you are having a period/spotting AND the ultrasound showed no pregnancy you are not pregnant.
All the symptoms you wrote down have many possible causes and need thorough investigations to rule out anything sinister. Honestly only one of your symptoms was cause for curiosity and therefore needs investigation by a good doctor not looking for your money. Go even if it is to just to give you peace of mind.
Go see a good GP, no need for a specialist. They can do a proper blood pregnancy test which is 100% accurate. Most importantly can reassure you that you are ok.
Lumbar back pain/Sciatica are terms that non medical people don't use. I understand that you are worried but Dr Google is not your solution. Please seek help from a good GP and take it from there...

Kind regards,

Dr Osman
