If you are having stomach ache and you are passing gas, that means you have a gas pain most probably. You may feel it more when you are empty stomach. That's why you feel relieved when you eat.
Avoid food substances which causes gasing in your body. Cut down carbs, eat fruits, salad and vegetables. You can try OTC medication for gas such as GAS-X etc.
