May puti na lumalabas sa ari ko. Hindi naman ako nakikipag sex. Ano po kaya yun? Hindi naman po ako nilabasan. Tsaka hindi naman ako hirap umihi. Ano po kaya yun ?

Translation: There is white fluid coming out of my penis. I'm not having sexual intercourse with anyone. What could this be? I also don't think I ejaculated. I also don't have difficulty urinating/peeing or painful urination. What could the white fluid be?

Dear Gorio,

The white fluid is caused by urethritis which is inflammation in your urethra. It is caused by bacteria that is commonly contracted through unprotected sexual intercourse.

You say you have not had sex recently however you have had sex in the last few months and got infected. Most commonly this infection is caused by Chlamydia. You need to go see a doctor to test for it and get started on antibiotics. They will cure you.

I ask that you get in contact with your last sexual partner and ask her to see a doctor to get started on treatment because that infection can lead to her never being able to get pregnant.

Lastly I urge you to use a condom. Safety for you and the person you are having sex with.

Regards,

Dr Osman
