Hypokalemia: Ano sanhi, sintomas at pinakamabisang gamot? Pagbaba ng potassium, causes, treatment, cure, medicine

Ako po ay 33 years old. Simula nung 2003 nararanasan ko na madalas ang pagbaba ng potassium sa aking katawan. Hanggang ngayon po ay paminsan minsan sinusumpong pa din ako ng hypokalemia. Hindi ko na din po mabilang kung ilang beses ako nahospital. Walang malinaw na paliwanag ang mga doctor about my condition. I hope someone can help me po. Salamat


Translation: I am 33 years old. Since 2003, I have been experiencing lowering of potassium levels in my body. Up to now, I still experience symptoms/effects of hypokalemia. I can't count the times I've been in the hospital. The doctors have not given me any clear explanation about my condition. Can someone please help me?

Marami pong maaaring dahilan ng pagkakaroon ninyo ng hypokalemia. Ilan po sa mga dahilan ay ang mga sumusunod:

Chronic kidney disease (sakit sa bato)
Diabetic ketoacidosis (gawa ng hindi maintained na asukal sa dugo)
Diarrhea
Sobra sobrang paginom ng alak
Sobra sobrang paggamit ng gamot pampatae
Sobra sobrang pagpapawis (maaaring dahil sa sobrang ehersisyo o pagbabad sa araw)
Folic acid deficiency
Sobrang paginom ng tubig
Paggamit ng gamot pampaihi (Ito po ang pinakakaraniwang dahilan ng hypokalemia)
Primary aldosteronism
Vomiting

Doc hindi po ako umiinom ng pampaihi or kahit anong gamot or liquid na malakas magpaihi. Bago po ako sumpungin ng hypo k madalas po ay nakakaramdam ako ng pangangalay sa may bandang pwetan or sa balakang. Tapos everytime po na magpapaconsult ako ang reseta po sa akin is kalium durule or alacalka. Mostly 3 days po ang hypo k ko doc with or without medication. Hindi na din po ako active person since po nung nagkaron ako nito dahil baka daw po sa sobrang pagpapawis sabi ng ibang doctor pero kahit po wala akong ginagawa or kahit hindi ako pagod may times po na sinusumpong po ako. sa 1st reply ko po may mga nilista akong ilang sakit na maaaring dahilan ng karamdaman ninyo. Sa tingin ko po ay mas makakabuti po kung makakita kayo ng isang internist para mapagawan nya po kayo ng mga nararapat na tests. Baka po kasi ang hypokalemia ninyo ay manifestation ng iba pang sakit gaya ng problema sa bato o di kaya ay diabetes.

Doc one last thing po, maaari po bang mamana ang hypo k? May mga tiyuhin at pinsan po kasi ako na may hypo k din at nag aalala po ako dahil may mga anak din po ako na mga babae at gusto ko din po sana malaman kung saan po ang clinic nyo or kung saan po ako pwede magpa appointment sa inyo for second opinion or kung kayo po ba ay isang internist?
