Also, are you experincing symptoms such as difficulty urinating? Hypogastric pain(lower abdominal pain)? Flank pains? Fever?
Many epithelial cells indicates that the urine you submitted is not that fit for analysis. It means that cells at the surface of your vagina are in the sample which may cause give you inaccurate results. Moderate bacteria suggests infection. If you are asymptomatic, it is better that you repeat your urinalysis and make sure that you catch your midstream urine
