This depends sa edad mo. If you are way past 40s and on menopause, this is relatively normal. If not, this is not normal. Mas mainam na ikw ay magpa TVS ultrasound and see an OB GYN to know kung bakit nagloloko ang iyong regla. After ligation, ang sperm lamang ang napprevent na mag fertilize ng egg pero it doesn't stop your ovaries from functioning and doesn't stop the lining of the uterus from responding sa hormones mo na syang responsible sa pagrerrgla. So ideally, ikaw ay dapat pang dinadatnan.
