Nalaman po namin recently lang na may lupa pala ang lolo ko, pero may ibang nakatira sa lupa. Sabi ng nakatira sa lupa, may deed of sale daw sila. Pero kumuha kami ng titulo sa register of deeds, wala namang kahit anong annotation yung lupa. NHA housing po ito na awarded pala sa lolo ko. May chance pa po ba kami maghabol sa lupa. Knowing na hindi namin alam na may pagmamay ari pala siyang lupa. Sa tagal ng panahon nangungupahan kami at hirap na hirap magkaroon ng sariling bahay.
