Gusto ko pong mag file ng nullification of marriage. Base po sa research ko. Sa case na ang Filipino Citizen ang nag file ng divorce sa foreign partner niya marami pa ding legalities kasi wala tayong divorce. Nung ikasal kami hindi pina acknowledge or na i submit ang divorce paper niya if meron nga. Which is a requirement para ikasal ulit sa Pinas. Possible po ba na mapawalang bisa ang kasal ko? Gaano po katagal ang process at mga magkano po ang possible expenses?
