Sa akin po binilin yung lupa Ng Lola ko at tatay ko kaya lang po Walang kasulatan. Ano po Ang gagawin ko po para hindi po ako mapalayas Ng unang asawa Ng tatay ko. Ako po nag alaga Rin sa Lola ko hanggang sa namatay.
Paano po patituluhan Ang lupa Ng Lola ko na binilin po sa akin. Na nakatitulo po sa kanyang tatay na pumanaw na po. At Yung Lola kopa ay may dalawang anak na isang lalake?

Mahirap i prove na binigay ng lola mo ang nasabing property dahil not in writing naman po ito-No Deed of Donation kang maipakita. You can not process and transfer the title of it without proper documents to present. However, bilang one of the surviving heirs of your father na anak naman ng lola mo you have share diyan as co-heirs dahil may mga surviving heirs naman. Mas mabuti sigurong mag usap nalang po kayong lahat as to papaano ang sharing na gagawin ninyo extrajudicially without going to court. Maaring you will buy their share para solo muna ang bahay or the other heirs will pay for your share at aalis na po kayo sa bahay ng lola ninyo. Try na mag usap bilang family if talagang hindi makuha sa ganitong usapan magstart nalang po kayong mag file ng complaint sa Barangay atleast there baka pwedeng maayos pa before everything will be tried in court.
