Of course, kung ang isang empleyado ay terminated na, kailangan na siyang maghanap ng ibang employment. A notice of termination means that the employer himself or herself ended the contractual relationship.
Ang problema lamang ay, usually, ang isang OFW ay covered ng working visa. At ang working visa ay sponsored ng isang employer. So, kung nagbigay ng termination letter, malamang sa ipapasa din nila ito sa kanilang Dept. of Foreign Affairs at ang working visa ay ire-revoke na rin dahil sa wala nang employment ang husband mo.
So, illegal alien na siya doon sa bansang iyon. Kailangan na siyang umuwi o kaya, kung mayroon siyang mahanap na trabaho kaagad-agad, kailangan ay mai-sponsor siya ng bago niyang employer para maka-kuha siya ng panibagong working visa.
