I think I have answered this question in your previous post. Again, kung nandito ka lang sana at after 1 year or more from commission of libel hindi sila ngfile ng kaso maaring prescribe na ang kaso hindi na sila makapagfile but since nasa labas ka ng ating bansa hindi tatakbo ang prescription of crime. So kung uuwi ka at nakapending na ang kaso maaring ma iserve na sa iyo ang warrant at mag apply ka na lang rin ng bail. But if you could negotiate the complainant na iurong nalang ang kaso maari naman magfile sila ng affidavit of desistance mas madaling gawin if sa Prosecutors office palang ito.
