I've been experiencing in Prednisone Overdose, Please help me to overcome it. Im taking it for One and a half year. Im taking it because it helps to cure my lumps and cyst and my acne. But when im not taking it Lumps began showing in my underarms, My acne starts to show. That's why im scared to stop this. Please Help me

Hi! Presnisone is a steroid which is NOT SUPPOSED to be taken as a maintenance medication. This is very dangerous as it may cause Iatrogenic Cushings's syndrome and may impair your normal hormonal processes. Kindly stop it NOW and see the doctor who prescribed it to you before. Better have your lumps assessed by a surgeon and your acne by a dermatologist. There are other treatment options especially for acne which does not involve the use of prednisone.
