Well, pwede naman po depende sa kung anong evidence mayroon kayo at damages sa inyo po na ginawa ng complainant yan ang basihan kung anong kaso po ang ipafile ninyo laban sa kanya . Dapat tandaan na if may basihan naman ang complainant sa pagpagfile ng kaso lalo na kung ito ay naifile sa korte mahirap iprove ang malice na gawa2x lang niya ito unless may mga witness talaga kayo na susuporta sa inyo.
