Maari lamang mabuntis ang isang babae kung sa ari ito ipinasok at hindi sa puwit. kung iregular siya, ilang beses na siya nagkaroon ng regla ngayong taon o ilang araw kadalasan ang pagitan ng kanyang mga regla? kung 2 buwan na siyang delayed, dapat ay mag PT na siya kung ito ay negative, kailangan na niya magpakonsulta sa doktor dahil hindi ito normal at para malaman ang tunay na dahilan ngpagkadelay ng kanyang regla.
