Ang asawa ko po ay magpapakasal na ulit dahil daw nakapag file na siya ng annulment at may court order na daw siyang pinanghahawakan. Pero ako po ay walang alam dito at nagulat na lang po ako sa mga sinasabi niyang annulled na kami. Wala po akong natatanggap na kahit anong letter o petition o ano man pong kasulatan na nagsasabing kami ay annulled na. Kaya gusto ko pong kasuhan ang aking asawa. Isa pa po, ang babae po ang nag asikaso ng annulment namin dahil ang asawa ko po ay isang seaman at sa malayong lugar o probinsya po nila ito pinagawa. Pwede po ba yun?
Pwede po ba o posible po bang ma-grant ang annulment kahit walang hearing o hindi ipinaalam sa asawa na nag file siya ng annulment?

Possible yan baka kasi pinadalhan ka ng summons sa last known address mo at sinabi sa return na wala ka na doon or hindi kana malocate kaya ang summons by publication nalang. You can check the record of the case sa court na nagrant ng annulment po ninyo. Kaya lang tapos na kasi ang kaso siguro alamin mo nalang kung ano ang order ng court lalo na kung may mga property kayo kung sino nakaassigned or magkano ang sharing. If may mga anak din kayo magkano ang support na iniorder ng court para ibigay sa mga anak ninyo po. Hayaan mo na lang ang ex-husband mo ang importante ang property rights at support ng mga anak mo ang ipaglaban mo.
Gusto ko po siya idemanda ng bigamy dahil wala pa naman daw pong resulta sa annulment. Nakakuha din po ako ng latest copy ng marriage certificate namin na nagpapatunay na hindi pa kami annulled. And my last known address is still my present address. Kung hindi man po ako ang makaresib ng summons ay mga anak ko, kung meron nga pong summons na pinadala. Hindi naman din po siya ang nag asikaso ng annulment kundi yung babae po niya dahil lagi po siyang nasa barko. Apat po ang anak namin at lahat ay nag aaral pa, sa ganitong sitwasyon po paano o magkano po ba ang dapat matatanggap ng mga anak ko?
