Salamat po in advance. Sana po matulungan nio po ako. Lubos na Gumagalang, Arnie S.

Una po, hindi ko alam kung ano ang ibig ninyong sabihin na recruiting -- kasi po, kung kayo ay magre-recruit, you are going into business as a recruitment agency. Ngayon po, as a recruitment agency, kailangan kayo ay either corporation or single proprietorship. Kapag kayo ay corporation, magpaparehistro kayo sa Securities and Exchange Commission. Kung kayo naman ay single proprietorship, you need to register with the Department of Trade and Industry. Kailangan ninyong magparehistro ng Tradename or trademark kung meron kayong tradename or trademark.
Kasi, kailangan ninyo ng license at permit to operate.
