I'd like to know what's my chance if i filed a legal case to a franchisor. We franchise a business and started the service. however, all promises and floor plan were not followed. we advised them that will stop the service just after 15 days of operations. when we asked for refund but they refused. they didn't present the contract with us and we haven't signed anything. no documents were discussed to us at all. We stopped the service last monday 17/4 and waiting for their final answer.
Refused to refund franchise fee
We are still trying po to communicate for 1 more time sa franchisor to refund us the money even without Yung financial loss namin.not to mentioned Yung stress. Pero if they still refused to refund us Anu po ang magandang gawin nasteps at chances namin. I read some articles na a franchisor must present franchise agreement rule which is wala pong ganun nangyari.
