If the property is owned by the government at registered na ito para i award sa Urban poor the said property ay may subdivision plan na dapat at may nakalagay na po na mga designated right of way po. You have to check sa local government kung saan po located ang property about sa plan po sa nasabing property. If mayroon subdivision plan walang sinumang resident na babayaran for the right of way kasi kasama na yan sa amortization if pinagbayad kayo sa mababang presyo ng gobyerno po.
