Kailangang kasing basahin ang titulo or certificate na binigay ng previous owner nito if by succession lang ba ang transfer of ownership nito or maaring maibenta for certain number of years. If by sucession ang susunod na mag mamay ari nito ay ang mga anak or other descendants. If registered po kayo na tenant sa DAR they need to respect your rights kahit sino pa ang nagmamay ari na nito. Mas mabuting you need to visit DAR office or sa malapit sa inyo which is the Municipal Agrarian Reform Officer sa inyo pong municipyo para sa kaukulang mga advise po.
Salamat po sa pag reply sa aking katanungan, idagdag ko lang po matagal na namin na iginigiit na magusap na lang sa DAR ngunit ayaw ng aking mga tiyo at tiya dahil po kahihiyan daw po sa pamilya, At ang DAR daw po ay para lang sa alitan lang ng Tenant At Land Owner, kayat nakakahiya daw po kung hihingi kami ng advise dahil hindi alam ng DAR ang pinag usapan ng aming pamilya tungkol sa lupang sakahan.
