Simulated birth or hindi?

Simulated birth certificate po bang maituturing kung naipa-acknowledge ko sa actual birth certificate ng first born ko na hindi naman talaga sa kanya? Gusto ko na pong ibalik sa apelido ko yung bata or kung simulated birth certificate po ang situation na nangyare, maaari po bang icancel ang naifile ko ng birth certificate and then ibalik nalang po sa maiden name ko ang apelyido? Sana po may makatulong. Hindi ko po alam kasi kung pano magsstart ng tamang proseso.

Actually, hindi ko alam kung ano ang itinatanong mo sa akin. Magulo ang iyong post. Heto ang naiintindihan ko.
1. May anak ka, naipa-rehistro mo ang anak mo.
2. May pirma sa affidavit of Recognition ang ama noong bata sa likod ng Birth Certificate.
3. May problema dahil sa (hindi naman talaga recognized ng ama ang bata? Ito ang magulo sa akin, hindi ko naiintindihan -- na-forge ba ang signature doon sa affidvit of recognition?)
4. Gusto ninyong bawiin ang affidavit of recognition?
5. Gusto ninyong ang bata ay isunod na lamang sa inyong apelyido.

Kung wala po kasing magrereklamo laban sa inyo ng simulated birth or falsification of a public document, wala namang problema. Iyon na nga lang, dahil sa recognized ng ama ang bata, hindi ninyo basta-bastang mailalabas ang bata sa Pilipinas, kung walang consent noong ama. Hindi ma-aampon ng mapapang-asawa ninyo ang inyong anak ng walang consent ang kanyang ama.
