Medyo hindi masyadong malinaw ang sinabi mo. Ang unang kasal ay isang civil wedding saan ba ito ginanap sa korte ba or sa Municipyo conducted by the Mayor? At pagkatapos nagpakasal uli sa simbahan? Kung ganoon ang unang kasal at ang pangalawa ay puro valid/legal yan. Ang kasalan sa simbahan ay isang confirmation lamang sa naganap na kasalan sa korte o sa opisina ng Mayor.
I'm not sure po kung san kinasal basta hindi po sa simbahan.. What if po nagpakasal sa iba yung guy pero sa simbahan nya pinakasalan yung pangalawang girl.. Invalid po ba yung 2nd? Thank you.

Under the law, Article 2 of the Family Code, "No marriage shall be valid, unless these essential requisites are present:
Legal capacity (18 years old) of the contracting parties who must be a male and a female; and
Consent freely given in the presence of the solemnizing officer. Ang dalawang tao ay nagpakasal ng kusang loob o kagustuhan nila at hindi pinilit or by force na gawin ito.
Article 3
The formal requisites of marriage are:
Authority of the solemnizing officer; meaning authorized ang taong nagkasal sa kanila sa batas o sa kanilang religion maski anung religion kabilang sila. A valid marriage license except in the cases provided for in Chapter 2 of this Title; Dapat kumuha sila marriage license sa munisipyo unless exempted by law and A marriage ceremony which takes place with the appearance of the contracting parties before the solemnizing officer and their personal declaration that they take each other as husband and wife in the presence of not less than two witnesses of legal age. May kasalang naganap before the solemnizing officer at may mga witness when they exchanged I do's. Kung ang lahat ng ito ay naganap then valid and marriage. Ngayon kung nagpakasal uli ang lalaki ang pangalawang kasal sa ibang babae ay invalid na for being bigamous.
