Wala po kasing clear instructions ang program chair namin kung ano o sino ba dapat ang ilagay as witness sa Memorandum of Agreement. Ang ilalagay po ba as witness ay ang Manager ng ina applyan ko? or any person po as long as 18 years old and above?
