Nung nagpatitulo na po ako naging 457sqm nalang kasi sinunod daw ang plano ng surveyor na binawas na pala ang road right of way. Ang reason po ng geodetic engr. na binawas niya na kasi daw po sa dati niyang client di naapprove kasi di niya binawas ang road right of way sa plano kaya sa akin po binawas na niya.

Actually totoo yon the office of the DENR will not approve the survey plan if walang right-of-way na nakalagay. Ang sukat naman ng right-of -way ay hindi fix nakadepende yan sa needs ng dominant estate. Siguro ganun kalaki ang nabawas dahil pahaba ang right of way hindi naman sa width siguro yan. It is better to check it personally with the geodetic Engineer of DENR office baka pwede mabawasan ang sukat na ibibigay na right-of way po.
